Your new role
- Providing exceptional customer service to both internal and external stakeholders, clients, and suppliers.
- Scheduling and coordinating and maintaining daily communication for feedback.
- Working closely with supporting the team within the scope of organisational policies and procedures.
- Customer dispatch within set time guidelines as per our customer agreements
What you'll need to succeed
- Experience in a similar role is preferred or background in logistics admin or customer service.
- Driven and motivated to excel, you will have impressive customer service skills, demonstrated by your ability to form long-term value-added relationships.
- You will need strong written, verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail is a must.
What you'll get in return
