Our brand is a famous, beautiful and elegant luxury brand, known for their high quality and on trend leather goods, ready to wear and lifestyle accessories. Their boutiques and world class customer service take their clients on a journey and story tell their rich history. 

The role:
This is a super rare opportunity to join one of the most established luxury brands in their iconic location in Collins Street. As a Team Leader you will work cohesively with the Senior Management in leading your team, assisting in operational needs and of course building the reputation and success of the boutique. 

What we are looking for:

• An individual with luxury retail experience at a Team Leader or Department Manager level is essential. 
• Minimum of 4 years working within a premium or luxury retail brand.
• A confident and driven individual with an innovative mindset.
• Strong knowledge of the luxury industry and a curious mind to always be learning about our brand and our clients.
• A strong understanding and strategies for clienteling and CRM to bring to the brand. 
• Experience leading a team of 8+ with experience in recruitment, training/development and performance management. 
• A very organised person, there is a lot of communication within this role. 

The benefits:

• $76,000 + Super
• Eligible for the Commission and Bonus structure. 
• Sunday to Thursday roster.
