In this role, you will use your leadership skills, combined with your passion and knowledge of the world and the travel industry, to take our Luxury Travel offering to the next level. You will inspire and engage your team to provide the very best service to our mass affluent and high net worth members, creating memorable itineraries every time.
You would be responsible for the management of a team of 8-10 Travel Lifestyle Managers in the UK, based remotely and in our London office. Your core focus would be achieving our departmental objectives to bring our travel vision to fruition and your role would include performance measurement and personal development of Lifestyle Mangers, ensuring our travel requests are fulfilled in line with our values. You would also support member requests as required, and be a point of escalation for customer cares.

Requirements:
We are looking for someone who is:
- Fluent in English, another European language would be an advantage
- An excellent communicator, both written and verbal
- Previous experience in managing people and processes, including performance management, coaching & training, service quality monitoring, HR admin, etc.
- You have a cooperative leadership style and are a natural leader within your role
- You will be a hands-on expert in one or more GDS systems, ideally Amadeus or Galileo, including complex multi-sector and round the world routing departing from all major global hubs.
- Knowledge of travel suppliers and systems is essential
- Well-organised, calm under pressure and enjoys using their problem-solving skills to go above and beyond our members' expectations
- Willing to use their knowledge and experience within the Travel industry to share and implement best practice in the team
