We are looking for an experienceM365 Consultant who is responsible for designing, building and implementing change manage and user adoption through consulting and training. Techware business foundations are built on trust and distinctive customer experiences. Therefore, our ideal candidate will have impeccable interpersonal and customer service skills, be business process driven, the ability to facilitate user adoption on M365 productivity solution.

The Role:
As a M365 consultant, you will be responsible for:
- Proposing solution design by understanding business requirements, reviewing current state through user engagement and determine fit for purpose recommendation
- Manage user adoption process and change management
- Prepare training materials and run customer workshops, presentation and training
- Provide technical leadership for customers M365 environment
- Build and deploy solutions within Microsoft 365 platform including Sharepoint document management, intranet, MS Teams, Power Automate and Apps
- Follow best practice and aligning with ITIL change/release process
You are process driven, ensuring that the right procedures and ticketing systems are followed. Our team will look up to your experience and the customers will value your advice.

To be successful you must have:
- Previous experience in an IT Services organisation as a M365 Consultant
- Experience in designing, building and deploying Sharepoint Online, MS Teams and Power Platform solutions
- Experience in migrating content to M365
- Experience in training, presentation and running work shop
- Experience in creating forms and automation in Power Platform
- Experience in perform a business discovery to understand current state and provide a solution design
- Experience in writing a proposal and project plan
- Must be a Citizen or Permanent Resident
- Must have a driver's license
