About the Role:
As a Maintenance Administration Assistant, the role will include:
- Parts Procurement and Following Up Order ETA
- Signing off on Deliveries and Invoices
- Scheduling and Tracking Preventative Maintenance of Machinery
- Ensuring Documentation of Machinery Maintenance is Completed
- Liasing with Maintenance Manager and other Maintenance Staff
About You:
To be qualified for this role, you will have:
- A Strong Understanding of Administration
- Time Management Skills
- Computer Literacy
- Mechanical Aptitude and Understanding of Maintenance in a Processing Facility
- Ability to Work in a Team
