AddressQueensland Bottlers is a fast growing manufacturer of bottled spring water products, servicing customers all over Australia. Based in the Gold Coast, our site is an innovative manufacturer implementing advanced automation, blow moulding, injection moulding and packaging equipment.
About the role:
Working in our Maintenance department and reporting to the Maintenance Manager, you will be responsible for the provision of preventative and corrective maintenance as part of the factory maintenance team. This role will ultimately cover the afternoon shift on a full time basis, following training and induction.
Essential selection criteria include:
- Trade qualified mechanical fitter
- Blow moulding and/or injection moulding experience
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role withing a manufacturing environment
- Experience working on packaging equipment or beverage manufacturing machinery
- Reliable, punctual and able to work autonomously
- Excellent communication skills
- Highly collaborative and a team player
- Demonstrated skills and experience in relation to safety including risk management
The ideal candidate (desirable but not essential):
- Welding and fabricating experience
- Experience working in food/beverage manufacturing factories with an understanding of processes and hygiene requirements.
