- Required to work hours flexibly between Monday – Friday 6 am - 6 pm.

Location: Mount Kuring-Gai, NSW.
What you will do with us:
We are seeking 2 roles to fill for 2 different shifts - who have formal training in Engineering.
Experienced Mechanical Line Setter (On-Site parking Provided)
- Clear the packing area of previous batches before starting a new job, and a smooth transition between production runs.
- Clean and sanitize filling and packing equipment before use to prevent contamination and ensure product quality.
- Set up and adjust filling machines for maximum utilization and efficiency.
- Configure and adjust cap-tightening equipment as needed for various product specifications
- Properly set up and calibrated labeling equipment for accurate product labeling.
- Set up and monitor inkjet batch coding equipment to ensure accurate and traceable product identification.
- Ensure smooth pallet movement to prevent interruptions in the filling lines by supplying materials to packers and removing finished stock.
- Maintain a clean and organized packing area, adhering to strict hygiene standards.
- Preventive maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting
- Undertake on-site general repairs as needed to maintain production equipment and facilities.
Skills and Experience
- Must have at least 3+ years' previous Line Setter/Mechanical Fitter experience working in a manufacturing environment.
- Mechanical Engineering Bachelor (a MUST).
- Hold a current driver's license and a reliable car as access to public transport is not convenient.
- Immediate start & 5-Day Week : Monday to Friday
- Mechanically minded is a plus
- Demonstrate strong continuous improvement orientation
- Previous Industrial electrical experience
