About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Handyman. You will coordinate an effective maintenance service to all departments. You will be tasked at ensuring the building and surrounds, plant, machinery, and equipment is maintained and operates at the most efficient and productive method possible. We are looking for a trustworthy, energetic individual who can work unsupervised with the support and guidance of our General Manager. Some key responsibilities of this hands on role are:
- Maintenance of guest rooms and public areas, furnishings, fixtures, equipment and air conditioning
- Fast and efficient service for departmental maintenance requests
- Co-ordination of special projects with a view to minimizing guest inconvenience
Skills & Experience
- Previous experience in general building maintenance
- Hotel experience an advantageous stand out
