Programmed’s Property Services department are currently seeking a Handyperson to join our team in WA. This is a great opportunity to be a part of our teams that are responsible for maintenance across metropolitan Perth mostly working within the aged care sector at dedicated sites.

Key Responsibilities
- Sand sifting, high pressure cleaning and rotary hoeing
- Minor building works or repairs
- Maintaining customer sites with general maintenance such as hanging pictures and fixing doors
- Electrical maintenance such as test and tag and RCD compliance
- Minor tiling or concreting repairs
- Horticultural responsibilities such as pruning, gardening or watering
- Any other handyperson duties as required to service the customer
About You
To join our team, you will have experience in a similar Handyperson role as well as a passion to provide quality work and a strong commitment to the safety of yourself and others. Additionally, you will have:
- High level of written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with power tools/hand tools
