The Opportunity
Management of maintenance and site operations related infrastructure programs and projects from conception through to completion. This includes delivery to time, cost and quality requirements, work order management, contractor management, disaster response and development of maintenance solutions for Indara maintenance programs.
Programs to be managed include the planned and unplanned maintenance programs, sustaining CAPEX program and portfolio health improvement programs.
This role is a national role based out of Indara’s head office in Sydney. Interstate field travel may be required from time to time.
Key Responsibilities include:
Contractor Management including:
- Contractor Governance including KPI and Management Reporting
- Allocation and distribution of work orders, including working with the Site Management Center to coordinate and issue work orders
- Creation, assembly and issue of work packages to Indara Maintenance Service Providers (MSP's)
Infrastructure Asset Programs and Maintenance including:
- Delivery of infrastructure and maintenance programs to improve portfolio safety and maintain asset quality, including delivery of the Planned and Unplanned Maintenance programs, Sustaining CAPEX and Portfolio Health programs
- Developing solutions and leading delivery of portfolio improvement opportunities
- Leading portfolio
Customer and Landlord interactions
- Manage maintenance issues with Indara customers, landlords and 3rd parties to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.
About You
To be successful in this role you will need to have:
- Experience in telecommunications infrastructure installation, design or maintenance; specific focus on site make ready works and maintenance of physical infrastructure.
- Experience in managing small, high volume, operational projects.
- Experience in managing contract resources and / or work order management.
- Basic understanding of WHS legislation, regulations and procedures as they related to works being carried out on Indara sites.
- Ability to manage budgets and competing resources.
