About the role

Due to project growth, we have an exciting opportunity for a Maintenance Supervisor to join our growing team at our McArthur River project. As an experienced senior maintenance professional, you will be responsible for managing our maintenance activities across the project. This includes, but not limited to:

• Ensuring that our workforce is fully engaged with our safety procedures whilst promoting a positive workplace culture.
• Ensuring that all plant and equipment is maintained and repaired in a timely, efficient and cost-effective manner, and in line with all client requirements and specifications.
• Driving the delivery of all maintenance activities to ensure that the execution of maintenance works is efficient and without re-work.
• Ensuring the quality of works of all Ezyquip personnel and subcontractors are completed in line with Ezyquip Hire systems.
• Ensuring that all warranty works are captured and successfully managed with the relevant OEM

About you

As a leader within our business, you will be an enthusiastic and self-motivated individual capable of demonstrating the following attributes:

• Strong safety mindset with a passion for delivering all outcomes safely
• Trade or degree qualification in mechanical engineering
• Extensive knowledge of effective maintenance planning and work execution, contractor management, and maintenance systems
• Superior technical knowledge of heavy plant and equipment
• Extensive supervisory experience
• Strong interpersonal skills
