- Salary $95,000 to $115,000 per annum plus superannuation with company phone and car allowance included in salary package)

The Role
- Devise, Implement and improve the company's financial policies, procedures and processes as required
- Preparing financial statements for directors and statutory bodies
- Processing accruals and finalising month end and year end accounts
- Ensure integrity in the P&L by ensuring that all journals posted are complete, accurate and substantiated
- Ad hoc analysis of spends/ maintenance of various reports concerning operating costs, income and expenditure
- Labour processing management
- Preparation of monthly balance sheet reconciliations
- Preparation of monthly and annual management reports for directors
- Ensuring compliance of statutory accounts with all relevant accounting standards
The Successful Candidate
- Tertiary qualification in Accounting
- Proven experience in a similar management accounting role
- Commercial acumen & strategic thinking
- Adept at using MYOB Software
- Strong Excel skills
- Ability to cope with competing demands and a significant volume of work
