We're on the hunt for a sharp analytical mind to join us in managing the financial operations for our Collins Class Submarine contract. As a key player in this role, you'll be at the heart of delivering insightful financial analysis and crucial information to our Program stakeholders, helping them hit their strategic and commercial targets. Your days will be filled with preparing dynamic annual budgets, rolling forecasts, and long-range financial plans. You'll also delve into financial data, uncovering trends, spotting variances, and seizing opportunities for improvement.

To be successful, you will bring
- Tertiary qualifications in accounting, finance, or related discipline.
- Professional accounting qualification (CA, CPA) or studying toward.
- Solid understanding and practical application of Australian Accounting Standards.
- Experience in business partnering to assist non-financial people understand and utilise financial data and recommendations.
- Demonstrated intermediate Excel Skills – including PIVOTs, LOOKUPs, IF functions, AND & OR, INDEX & MATCH, TEXT functions, DATE functions, conditional formatting, managing lists with tables, and CHARTS.
- Australian Citizen with a Defence security clearance (or the ability to obtain).
