This is a 12-month full time Maternity Leave contract
The Role:
This role will work closely with the Sales team and deliver key responsibilities including:
- Provide detailed sales reporting to various areas of the business.
- Provide detailed reporting & analysis of trade spend expenditure.
- Co-ordinate & prepare latest period estimates, in relation to sales and trade spend.
- Co-ordinate and prepare the annual budget in regards to sales & trade spend with analysis and commentary on key variances.
- Preparation of sales & trade spend information for auditors.
- Assist the Marketing team with management and tracking of advertising spend.
- Maintain pricing in Sanitarium ERP & forecasting systems.
- Prepare and analyse customer profitability reports.
- Ad-hoc projects.
Skills & Experience:
- High level of financial analysis skills, together with numerical skills and accuracy.
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Excellent collaborative interpersonal skills, characterised by clarity, empathy and integrity.
- Ability to be self-directed and work autonomously with initiative and good judgement.
- Effective and authentic team player.
- Strong customer service focus.
- High level written & verbal communication and influencing skills.
- The ability to effectively manage competing demands and priorities.
- Excellent organisation and time management skills.
- Tertiary qualifications in Business/Commerce with a major in Accounting.
- CPA/CA qualified.
- 3+ year’s accounting experience.
- Exposure to a large ERP accounting system (ideally SAP) will be highly regarded.
- Power BI experience beneficial.
