Job description

  • 12-month full time Maternity Leave contract
  • Base in Berkeley Vale, NSW and hybrid by arrangement

This is a 12-month full time Maternity Leave contract

The Role:

This role will work closely with the Sales team and deliver key responsibilities including:  

  • Provide detailed sales reporting to various areas of the business.
  • Provide detailed reporting & analysis of trade spend expenditure.
  • Co-ordinate & prepare latest period estimates, in relation to sales and trade spend.
  • Co-ordinate and prepare the annual budget in regards to sales & trade spend with analysis and commentary on key variances.
  • Preparation of sales & trade spend information for auditors.
  • Assist the Marketing team with management and tracking of advertising spend.
  • Maintain pricing in Sanitarium ERP & forecasting systems.
  • Prepare and analyse customer profitability reports.
  • Ad-hoc projects.

Skills & Experience:

  • High level of financial analysis skills, together with numerical skills and accuracy.
  • Advanced Excel skills.
  • Excellent collaborative interpersonal skills, characterised by clarity, empathy and integrity.
  • Ability to be self-directed and work autonomously with initiative and good judgement.
  • Effective and authentic team player.
  • Strong customer service focus.
  • High level written & verbal communication and influencing skills.
  • The ability to effectively manage competing demands and priorities.
  • Excellent organisation and time management skills.
  • Tertiary qualifications in Business/Commerce with a major in Accounting.
  • CPA/CA qualified.
  • 3+ year’s accounting experience.
  • Exposure to a large ERP accounting system (ideally SAP) will be highly regarded.
  • Power BI experience beneficial.
