Immediate Opportunity: Management Accountant

• Full-Time position based in Kewdale
• Global workforce accommodation specialist
• Focus on well-being and productivity of individuals working away from home

Role Overview:

• Reporting to the Finance Manager, Integrated Services
• Timely financial reporting, KPI performance evaluation, and financial analysis
• Business partnering to support operational areas
• Contribution to efficient management and continuous process improvement

Primary Duties:

• Month-end financial reporting
• Analysis of inventory stock take reports
• Preparation and reporting of operational KPIs
• Ensure integrity of revenue and cost through general ledger analysis
• Contribute to the successful launch of new operational projects

Qualifications:

• Minimum Bachelor's degree qualification
• CA/CPA certification
• Minimum three years of commercial or chartered experience
• Hospitality industry experience is a plus
• Familiarity with JD Edwards (ERP system) is desirable

Skills and Attributes:

• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently or collaboratively in a team environment
• Positive attitude and effective communication skills
• Ability to present numerical information to non-financial team members
