OSMEN Outdoor is rapidly expanding. We have 9 stores located in Alexandria, Auburn, Artarmon, Belrose, Castle Hill, Moore Park, Mosman and Smithfield. This role will see you working at our Smithfiled head office and warehouse.

Job Descriptions
- Analyze and optimize our organizational structure, outdoor furniture production, distribution, and sales processes to enhance efficiency and profitability.
- Develop and implement strategic initiatives tailored to the outdoor furniture industry, driving growth and competitive advantage.
- Provide expert guidance and support to our management team, leveraging industry insights to inform decision-making.
- Stay current on outdoor furniture market trends and best practices, offering strategic recommendations to maintain our market leadership.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute projects and initiatives, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
Requirements
- Candidate with at least 3 years of experience as a Management Consultant.
- Candidates must possess at least Bachelor’s degree or above in Business Administration, Management or a related field.
- Preferred experience in strategic management within the furniture, real estate, retail, or architectural design sectors, particularly in large enterprise groups or chain stores.
- Preferably bilingual (English and Mandarin) .
- A team player with good interpersonal, oral and written communication skills.
- Well organized, meticulous, able to work independently and manage tight deadlines.
- Candidate who has demonstrated excellent performance in dealing with legal strategic management projects in leading companies during the tenure is preferred.
- Strong analytical skills and strategic thinking, with the ability to translate insights into actionable plans.
- Passion for the outdoor furniture industry and a drive to deliver exceptional results.
