Management/Financial Accountant

Job Title: Management/Financial AccountantOverview: Randstad Senior Finance is working with a reputable transport solutions business in Melbounre to recruit a 7 month Maternity leave cover to join their finance team. It is a mixture of both management and financial accounting with the opportunity to support a great team culture and collaborative work environment.Responsibilities include:

• Headcount reporting & analysis (Actual, Forecast, Budget Reports)
• Fixed asset management & controlling
• Cost centre controlling & cost allocation
• Cost order raising, GR/IR, aged PO publication, and follow-up for clearing aged transactions
• Mobile phone & travel expenses analysis, controlling & reporting
• Bank guarantee user administration
• Month-end report distribution
• Ad hoc tasks as required (Data Analysis, Business Support, Report Creation, and Submission)

Qualifications/Experience Required:

• CPA or CA qualified.
• Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role.
• Robust SAP experience (including FI & CO modules).
• Highly proficient in Excel, as well as experience with Power BI (desirable).
• Proficient in PowerPoint.
• Proficient in data analysis and explanation.

• Confidence in dealing with all levels of employees, up to Senior Management level.
• Strong communication skills, both written and spoken.
• Highly motivated with excellent organisational and people skills.
• High regard for Environment, Health & Safety systems.
• Committed team player.
