Overview: Randstad Senior Finance is working with a reputable transport solutions business in Melbounre to recruit a 7 month Maternity leave cover to join their finance team. It is a mixture of both management and financial accounting with the opportunity to support a great team culture and collaborative work environment.
Responsibilities Include
- Headcount reporting & analysis (Actual, Forecast, Budget Reports)
- Fixed asset management & controlling
- Cost centre controlling & cost allocation
- Cost order raising, GR/IR, aged PO publication, and follow-up for clearing aged transactions
- Mobile phone & travel expenses analysis, controlling & reporting
- Bank guarantee user administration
- Month-end report distribution
- Ad hoc tasks as required (Data Analysis, Business Support, Report Creation, and Submission)
- CPA or CA qualified.
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role.
- Robust SAP experience (including FI & CO modules).
- Highly proficient in Excel, as well as experience with Power BI (desirable).
- Proficient in PowerPoint.
- Proficient in data analysis and explanation.
- Confidence in dealing with all levels of employees, up to Senior Management level.
- Strong communication skills, both written and spoken.
- Highly motivated with excellent organisational and people skills.
- High regard for Environment, Health & Safety systems.
