As the Asset Reliability & Maintenance Manager, you will ensure that fixed plant, mobile plant, drill rigs and wellfields are maintained to achieve performance and availability to meet our safety, environmental and production targets.
This new senior key role involves the application of a range of mechanical, technical, financial, and strategic planning capabilities.
Key responsibilities include
- Development and execution of long-term strategic plans to improve the planned preventative maintenance of all plant (fixed and mobile) across the Beverley mining operation.
- Development and implementation of best practice maintenance functions that improve operational performance.
- Optimising asset reliability and asset life in a safe and cost-effective manner.
- Working with relevant key stakeholders across the business to develop engineering solutions to issues that adversely impact operations.
- Identify critical risk areas and appropriate remedial measures.
- Lead continuous improvement program to maximise opportunities for productivity improvement and waste minimisation.
- Identify tools and equipment required to improve the overall performance of the maintenance teams.
The ideal candidate will hold relevant qualifications and proven experience in a reliability role within mining or a heavy industrial environment. Personal attributes sought include:
