We operate seventeen Fokker 100's and twelve A320’s from Perth Airport, on a range of different types of flights, including FIFO, charter and RPT services.

As the Manager Commercial and Contract Compliance, you will be responsible for working with key stakeholders to establish and manage supplier contracts that provide services to the Network Aviation Australia CAMO and Network Turbine Solutions AMO. This includes the oversight of contract’s, SLA’s, IPM’s and the procurement and repair of spare parts to ensure inventory levels are maintained utilising analytical tools. This role has a key focus on identifying and scoping commercial opportunities for the effective, compliant and efficient procurement and supply of parts for relevant fleet assets.
You’ll have –
A minimum of 5 years’ experience in a leadership or commercial role within the aviation industry
Experience of working in an engineering environment and knowledge of aircraft parts advantageous
Strong communication skills and proven ability to build a network of effective relationships and influence at all levels.
Extensive knowledge and experience in contractor management with a regulatory focus essential
Ability to represent the business in contract/commercial supplier negotiations and communications
Ability to build strong and durable relationships
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Forward thinking with the ability to understand the ‘big picture’
Team player with ability to support and motivate others to achieve high commercial outcomes.
Strategic thinker, with an ability to understand & interpret issues, propose creative solutions & clearly communicate these to different groups of stakeholders.
Strong business acumen with a practical focus as well as a commitment to business improvement and ability to deliver results.
Ability to develop/review business cases, pricing proposals, contract tenders and agreements.
Degree in Aviation/Engineering related discipline
