About the role
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Manager Human Resources and Information Services to provide expert consultancy services to Senior Management and the staff on Human Resources and Records Management functions.
In this role, you, the successful applicant will have a hands-on approach to leading and managing a small high performing team effectively to achieve our agency’s business objectives and foster a positive work culture that encourages collaboration, innovation and professional growth.
Reporting and working closely with the Director, Business and Corporate Services, the successful applicant will build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders. The successful applicant will also have broad extensive experience in the delivery of contemporary HR programs and practices and demonstrated knowledge of the WA public sector legislative framework.
An understanding of information management practices will be an advantage.
This position is to be filled on a Permanent, Full-Time basis.
Suitable applicants may be considered for like positions within 12 months from the date of finalisation of the selection process.
Eligibility
Applicants will require Australian Citizenship, or Permanent Residency, National Police Clearance, WA Police Integrity Check and pass a Fit for Work test (completed prior to commencement).

Selection Criteria 1: Extensive experience in the delivery of a broad range of contemporary Human Resources, programs and practices.
Selection Criteria 3: Demonstrated knowledge of WA public sector human resource and labour relations legislative framework, principles and practices, and emerging HR developments and trends.
Selection Criteria 4: Highly developed relationship-building skills, communication and interpersonal skills including the ability to effectively consult, negotiate and influence others.
The remaining role-specific criteria will be assessed at a later stage of this recruitment and selection process.
