We are seeking to appoint a Manager Investigations, responsible for the day-to-day management of the Investigations Team who ensures compliance with conduct and governance requirements for the Department of Climate Change, Energy, the Environment and Water (DCCEEW).
About You
Our Manager Investigationsmanages investigations into misconduct matters, maladministration and other issues that may require early intervention in respect to the department.
You will lead and coordinate multiple complex investigations, often highly confidential, to ensure effective delivery in a high-pressure work environment, with competing priorities and deadlines and facilitate the engagement of relevant internal and external stakeholders to address sensitive issues and collaborate on initiatives to maintain the integrity of the department.

Key knowledge and experience
- Sound knowledge of, and experience in, the processes of NSW government.
- Sound knowledge and experience in the conduct and management of formal investigations and investigation teams, as well as evidence gathering and analysis processes.
Essential requirements
- Tertiary qualifications in law, public administration, corporate governance, government investigation or a related field and/or relevant work experience.
