About the role

We have an opportunity for a Manager - Mental Health Support to be part of our Health Safety and Wellbeing, People & Capability Command team. This newly created position within the NSW Police Force's Workforce Safety Command, which offers an exciting opportunity to be part of the single most significant investment in the health, safety and wellbeing of the NSW Police workforce. This position will lead a team of Mental Health Clinicians located within regions around the state who deliver support, short-term solution-focused counselling, wellbeing services and educational programs to NSW Police Force employees. The role will provide strategic direction and a framework for delivery of these services to ensure improved psychological wellbeing to NSW Police Force.
