About the opportunity
As the Manager - Operations, you'll be at the wheel of our Marine Diesel and Mechanical Services division. From managing OEM Dealerships for renowned brands to overseeing spare parts management, you'll lead a team to deliver exceptional service and uphold the highest standards of workmanship.;
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Oversee day-to-day operations for efficiency and excellence.
- Manage OEM Dealerships and coordinate with suppliers for timely spare parts delivery.
- Develop strategies to optimize performance and identify improvement areas.
- Lead and mentor a team to maintain high standards of workmanship and customer service.
- Monitor inventory levels and manage division budgets.
- Identify business expansion opportunities and new product offerings.
- Serve as a point of contact for customers, maintaining positive relationships.

Qualifications, Skills, and Experience:
- Relevant trade or industry certification.
- Proven supervisory or mentoring experience.
- Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and thrive under pressure.
- Knowledge of marine industry requirements.
