Expression of Interest – Program and Project Control Managers
RPS are expanding our Program and Project Control management capabilities within the Infrastructure sector, and in doing so are seeking applications from highly experienced Program and Project Managers to lead the growth of our Program and Project Control management services in Infrastructure.
We are looking for professionals based in Perth who have extensive experience in delivery on large infrastructure projects including Rail, Road, Energy, Defence, Water and who are excited by the opportunity to assist in growing and developing a leading capability with RPS.
Roles we are currently filling range from PMO Lead, Project Controls Managers, Cost Managers, Senior Schedulers and Project Control Analyst. The roles require suitable experience in delivering major programs or major project management office (PMOs), leadership skills and strong trusted relationships in the industry.
About You
- Tertiary qualifications in a construction/engineering related field;
- Excellent advisory and consulting skills.
- Strong and broad knowledge of all aspects of program & PMO design, establishment, governance, integration and assurance.
- Strong knowledge of program methodologies (eg PgMP, PMP, P3O).
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams and manage and grow business relationships;
- Exceptional planning, client engagement and business strategy and execution abilities;
- Demonstrated ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks in a timely and efficient manner.
