- Salary circa $170K/$180K + super FTE
Reporting to the CEO, this is a newly created, stand-alone opportunity for a senior HR professional to manage and run the People & Culture function.
With a small but diverse professional workforce, you will develop, lead and promote a People & Culture strategy, covering key areas such as recruitment, induction and onboarding, performance management, learning and development, retention, wellbeing, culture, leadership, grievance handling and WHS.
Providing coaching and advice to leaders and employees on all people related matters, you will oversee all employee relations matters and regularly review and update workplace policies. This will include developing performance management processes, partnering with people managers to develop/curate training & development programs, drive DE&I initiatives and lead change initiatives to support business growth and employee experience.
As the successful candidate you will have:
- 10+ years’ Human resources experience
- Experience managing HR operations with a track record in process improvement
- Broad technical skills and understanding of best practice
- Well structured, change oriented, results focused
- Experience in a corporate / professional services environment
