Access theAbout the roleStrategy and Governance is responsible for a wide range of services across Queensland Public Trustee's (QPT), which includes prioritising approach, strategy, programs and projects, maintaining whole of organisation objectives, and providing rigorous, timely and accurate advice about whole of QPT strategy, policy, governance and engagement and progress and performance against the agency's strategic objectives.As the Manager, Privacy and Complaints, you will oversee the centralised Privacy and Complaints management functions and frameworks for QPT. This pivotal role entails monitoring and analysing complaints information to discern trends or systemic issues, thus informing decision-making and fostering continuous improvement within the organisation.
