This role will oversee the logistics and execution of banqueting, conferences, corporate and social events in purpose built facilities and within our three Crystalbrook properties here in Cairns, Crystalbrook Riley, Crystalbrook Bailey and Crystalbrook Flynn.
The Opportunity
Based at Crystalbrook Riley and reporting to the Area Food and Beverage Manager, this position is responsible for client satisfaction through the coordination and execution of events across our three Hotels in Cairns. It will deliver an exceptional guest experience whilst optimising sales, evaluating revenue performance, ensuring correct staffing levels whilst maintaining positive relationships with our visitors and guests. The position is varied and highly visible and because of this, the role will be of interest to those energised by our personality, environments and values.
