Job description
We are seeking applicants who, within the context of the role responsibilities, possess the following key attributes:
* Highly developed leadership skills with demonstrated capabilities and experience in managing infrastructure processes and developing and implementing complex strategic plans.
* Detailed knowledge and understanding of contemporary issues related to the planning and provision of highly appropriate assets, property and buildings in an ambulance service delivery environment.
* High-level knowledge and skills in relation to the application of relevant legislation, standards and policy applicable to assets, property and buildings.
* Demonstrated highly developed communication, negotiation, consultation and collaboration skills and the proven ability to build and maintain productive relationships with a range of internal and external stakeholders.
* Highly developed conceptual, analytical and problem-solving skills including a demonstrated ability to interpret financial and trend/output/outcome performance data to drive performance improvement.
* Demonstrated capabilities and experience in implementing organisational change and service system reform in a complex operational environment, working with a diverse range of stakeholders.
* Proven ability to contribute to strategic planning and the provision of policy advice, particularly the development and implementation of operational policy, standards and service improvement initiatives.
