Location: Waratah CampusAn exciting opportunity to lead the operational and transactional rostering and Workforce Systems processes across Hunter New England Local Health District, ensuring the provision of a quality and professional serviceThe Role:As the Manager, Workforce Systems & Transactions you will lead teams of talented individuals within Rostering Support, Rural Health Workforce Incentives Scheme, and Workforce Support, and have a passion for supporting and coaching employees and fostering a culture where individuals can thrive and reach their full potential.
