Responsibilities:
As the Holiday Park Manager/s, you'll assist in leading the charge to create memorable moments for our guests while ensuring seamless operations and a thriving work environment. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Guest Experience: Oversee daily operations, including reception, reservations, check-in/out procedures, and guest services, to guarantee a seamless and enjoyable experience for all visitors.
- Maintenance Excellence: Ensure the park is meticulously maintained, adhering to safety regulations and reflecting the park's commitment to cleanliness and beauty.
- Policy and Safety: Develop and enforce park policies, rules, and regulations to foster a safe and inviting atmosphere for guests, staff, and stakeholders.
- Facility Management: Lead the upkeep and maintenance of park facilities, amenities, landscaping, and utilities to enhance the overall guest experience.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally.
- Strategic Growth: Contribute to the implementation of innovative marketing and promotional strategies to attract new guests, optimize revenue, and elevate the park's presence.
- Financial Management: Oversee and manage cost and expense lines as directed.
- Team Leadership: Assist where required to recruit, train, supervise, and evaluate a dedicated team, empowering them to consistently deliver top-tier guest service.
