Our marketing team plays a crucial role in promoting our brand, products, and services to a wide audience, and we are looking for a Marketing Coordinator to join our team and contribute to our ongoing success.
Position Overview:
As a Marketing Coordinator at Return-It, you will be an integral part of our marketing team, supporting various marketing initiatives, campaigns, and projects. You will work closely with the Marketing & Communications Manager and cross-functional teams to ensure the successful execution of marketing strategies and the achievement of business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Content Creation: Create and edit marketing content, including blog posts, social media posts, email campaigns, and marketing collateral to engage and educate our target audience.
- Social Media Management: Manage and maintain our social media profiles, including content planning, posting, and engagement with followers to build brand awareness and drive user engagement.
- Email Marketing: Assist in the development and execution of email marketing campaigns, including list management, content creation, and performance analysis.
- Market Research: Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitive analysis, and customer insights to inform marketing strategies.
- Event Support: Provide support for trade shows, webinars, and other marketing events, including coordination, logistics, and post-event analysis.
- Data Analysis: Analyse marketing performance metrics and generate reports to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, making data-driven recommendations for improvements.
- Brand Compliance: Ensure all marketing materials and content align with the company's brand guidelines and standards.
- Coordinate Marketing Projects: Assist in the coordination of marketing projects, managing timelines, tasks, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.
- Marketing Support: Provide general support to the Marketing Manager and marketing team members as needed, including administrative tasks, scheduling, and other project-related duties.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in marketing or a related role.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and software.
- Knowledge of social media platforms and trends.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment.
- Basic understanding of data analytics and reporting.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with email marketing platforms (e.g., MailChimp, HubSpot).
- Familiarity with graphic design and multimedia tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).
- Knowledge of SEO and SEM best practices.
- Project management skills.
- Demonstrated passion for Marketing and staying updated on industry trends.
