Role Purpose:
In our quest to have a greater visual presence on the Digital Media and have more dialog with our client base so we can communicate any new innovations, we are in search of a Marketing and Digital Media Coordinator. This role is pivotal in harnessing digital platforms to generate quality leads, enhance our online presence, and ultimately drive new sales. The role provides negotiable working arrangements, with the opportunity to combine working from our office with working from home.

Responsibilities:
You will be responsible for driving the coordination, execution, and evaluation of strategic marketing campaigns which promote DFE's capabilities, including:
- Provide strategic and tactical direction and technical input into the development of promotional material
- Coordinate all marketing related activities as required;
- Implement marketing activities on time and within budget;
- Craft and curate compelling content for social platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook) including videos, images, and written material, which promote the DFE brand and capabilities
- Web page Content management;
- Design and creation of sales and marketing material;
- Design and Create a Corporate Guideline;
- Design and Create a Corporate Identity and Proposal Documents;
- Coordinate all related marketing collateral;
- General Marketing Administration/Records Management;
- Develop, implement and ongoing management of company social media and marketing strategies;
- Create and maintain an image and asset library for company digital assets;
- Provide support to the national Sales team to assist in the effective overall marketing operation;
- Work quickly and efficiently within our close team structure with other stakeholders or autonomously as required;
- Conduct yourself in a professional, safe and courteous manner at all times;
Requirements:
- Proven experience in digital marketing, with a track record of generating leads and crafting a dynamic online presence.
- Graphic design and content creation, with skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premier and InDesign), and similar tools.
- Experience with web design tools such as WordPress and other CMS in an office setting. Also has experience with Element or / Visual Composer and C-Panel/WHM.
- Experience with email marketing platforms such as Campaign Monitor.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with business leaders, with a proactive and detail-oriented approach.
- Deliver accurate and comprehensive campaigns, while adhering to strict time lines and well-defined scope of work.
- Minimum two years of relevant experience in digital marketing, market research or related fields.
