We are now looking for a fun and creative Marketing and E-Commerce Specialist to join our dynamic team. This is a really fun role that is a non-traditional office job where you can really get creative and learn so much along the way.
Job Description
Are you a tech-savvy individual with a creative eye for detail? If so, we want you on our team! As our Marketing and E-Commerce Specialist, you will play a crucial role in managing and enhancing our online presence and maintaining our online store.
Key Responsibilities
Website Management: Oversee the back-end of our website, ensuring it runs smoothly and efficiently.
Product Editing: Regularly update and edit product listings to ensure accuracy and appeal.
Stock Maintenance: Keep track of inventory levels, update stock information, and ensure products are available for purchase.
Order Dispatch:Manage and dispatch customer orders promptly and accurately.
Promotional Material: Create and update promotional content on the website to attract and engage customers.
Social Media Management: Develop and execute social media strategies to boost our online presence and customer engagement.
Recommended:
Technical Proficiency: Understanding of website management and e-commerce platforms. We will teach you all there is to know for this role. As long as you are willing to learn we are happy to have you!
Creative Skills:Ability to create engaging and visually appealing content. Half of the job is having fun with it
Attention to Detail:Meticulous in maintaining accurate product information and stock levels.
Organizational Skills:Efficient in managing orders and inventory.
Social Media Savvy: If you can create and post a reel, your golden. But extra experience with analytics is excellent
Problem-Solving Skills:Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues independently.
