Marketing Specialist

We are seeking a Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you'll execute marketing initiatives aimed at boosting brand awareness and trust across traditional and digital mediums, with a key focus on content creation. • Content Development and Coordination: Develop and deliver a digital content plan to attract attention, build brand awareness, support company priorities, and differentiate the brand.
• Digital Marketing Support: Create and manage digital marketing campaigns, including SEO and SEM strategies, to enhance digital visibility and ROI.
• Internal Communication: Develop and execute a national internal communications program, ensuring effective messaging and audience targeting.
• Collateral and Merchandise Management: Oversee the production of branded merchandise and marketing collateral, including video content for various projects and events.
• Event Coordination and Management: Support the  execution of events across Australia. 

• Degree in marketing or a related field with several years of relevant marketing experience.
• High competence in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel) and excellent communication skills.
• Significant understanding of brand management principles and ability to prepare materials based on provided briefs.
• Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to manage and prioritise multiple projects.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, capable of working across teams, geographies, and management levels.
• Knowledgeable about the social media landscape with an interest in managing social channels.
