This is an exciting opportunity to join our team if you are a Marketing and Student Recruitment Officer for our Brisbane campus.
About the Position:
- Develop and nurture relationships with education agents to achieve sales targets.
- Establish agent networks onshore as well as offshore in Latin America, Europe, and South Asia
- Drive new student enrollment number through strategic sales campaigns
- Promote our VET courses to international and domestic students, education
- Work with stakeholders to plan, develop and execute strategic nurture campaigns in eDM platforms and CRMs, including staying up to date with marketing resources.
- Collaborate and build productive relationships with internal and external stakeholders to proactively and collaboratively identify opportunities to profile the School's programs, students, research, projects, partnerships, alumni and staff.
- Liaise with Education Agents, reaching target markets, promoting the college and recruitment & retention of students from local and international markets.
- Advise on all elements of the marketing mix including products and services, pricing, advertising and sales promotion, selling and distribution channels including agents and both onshore and offshore Prepare sales and marketing forecasts, as established in the marketing plan for the overall business and achieve set targets in the Student Recruitment function.
- Student Engagement and Success ensures a rich student experience through delivery of proactive initiatives that support student connections, progression and success during their study journey at Frontier Education.
- Collaborate with Marketing and communication colleagues oon major projects, end-of-year and quarter reporting, school-wide events: Orientation, Campus Tour, Student Party, Morning tea and education Expo etc.
- Represent the schools at marketing, communications and engagement events as needed, which may require work outside normal working hours.
Selection Criteria
- Relevant degree, preferably in marketing or a relevant field; or an equivalent combination of relevant skills, knowledge, experience, and education/ training sector.
- Experience in sales and communication role.
- Highly written developed and oral communication skills, including the ability to communicate and build rapport with a diverse range of stakeholders.
- Demonstrated high level interpersonal, negotiation and communication skills together with experience in relating to and influencing managers and negotiating with staff across all levels of an organisation
- Experience in RTO with Hospitality, Aged Care & Community services courses (preferred)
- Knowledge of the ESOS Act, the National Code, and Student Visa regulations
- A business mindset
- Proven excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and teamwork
- Demonstrated experience as a strong contributor in cross-functional team working in a busy environment.
- Desirable: Fluency in languages such as Spanish, Mandarin, Tagalog and Portuguese
