We are looking for a passionate and creative Marketing Assistant on a part-time or full-time basis to join our vibrant and committed team. This role is a fantastic opportunity for individuals who are eager to apply their marketing knowledge and expertise in a supportive environment. 

The Role

As Marketing Assistant, you will play a crucial role in the execution of effective marketing strategies. This role involves a blend of creativity, analytical thinking, and excellent communication skills. 

Your key responsibilities will be to: -

• Assist in the development and implementation of marketing campaigns and strategies.
• Support in creating engaging written and video content for various marketing channels such as social media, email newsletters, and company website.
• Assist in organising and managing internal and external events.
• Monitor and report of the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
• Maintain and update marketing databases and documents.

The Person

The ideal candidate for this position will be a driven person with marketing experience across any industry. They will have the following skills and attributes: -

• Strong understanding of marketing principles and practices
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok. LINE and WeChat experience well regarded but not essential.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Strong organisational skills with high attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines
• Proactivity to suggest and challenge new ideas
