Our Marketing team is dedicated to providing outstanding customer experiences daily, achieved through the execution of top-notch launches and campaigns. This role presents a distinctive opportunity to engage in diverse projects, collaborating with a team of experts who share your enthusiasm for creativity and excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
- Participate in the development and implementation of creative marketing campaigns.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities across various industries.
- Assist in content creation, copywriting, and proofreading.
- Manage social media activities, from setup to scheduling and monitoring, across multiple platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn).
- Maintain and update the website, primarily on WIX is favorable but not essential.
- Plan and execute marketing communications (SMS, EDM) – Advantageous to have experience with Mailchimp and Klaviyo.
- Canva experience.
- Apply graphic design skills to create visually appealing graphics, layouts, and multimedia content.
- Collaborate with the internal marketing team and external suppliers to facilitate events, webinars, and courses.
Requirements:
- Tertiary qualification in marketing preferred.
- Proven experience in marketing.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and trends.
- Basic experience in social media content creation and graphic design.
- A creative mindset with attention to detail and an eye for good design.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Willingness to learn, adapt, and grow with our brand.
- Experience with social media management skills and proficiency in content creation tools (advantageous for scheduling and planning programs).
