We are looking for an energetic, passionate, and ambitious Marketing wizard to play a key role in the growth of a great Australian tech story. Someone who is very ambitious, strategic, and can roll their sleeves up to execute. There will be a strong focus on capturing our addressable market through a multi-channel marketing approach that is creative, strategic, clever, and builds towards market domination.
You will be a key Marketing hire with an ambition to grow the marketing capability, team, and strategic importance. Being in the driver's seat to grow your career here at Resonate. You will work closely with the Head of Marketing and the leadership team allowing you to learn from and contribute to our growth strategy. You will have a growth mindset ready to design, test, and learn marketing plans, each time helping build process and scale.
Role
- Event & Trade Show Participation
- Plan and coordinate the company's participation in industry events, conferences, and trade shows
- Ensure a strong presence at such events and maximise lead generation opportunities
- Develop Partnerships
- Develop and implement strategic marketing partnership initiatives to expand brand reach and drive revenue growth.
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with key partners, negotiating agreements and ensuring mutual value.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute integrated marketing campaigns, leveraging partner resources for maximum impact
- Put together marketing plans aligned with the company strategy:
- Identify growth opportunities for the company.
- Harness these opportunities by conceptualising, planning & executing campaigns across channels to achieve growth
goals.
- Create compelling marketing content and collateral that align with the buyer's journey
- Brand Management:
- Maintain and enhance the company's brand image in the B2B SaaS market
- Develop brand messaging and positioning for our products
- Lead Generation & Customer Acquisition:
- Develop and execute lead generation strategies to drive new customer acquisition using multi-channel strategies
- Collaborate with the sales team to support lead-to-customer conversion efforts
- Data, analytics, and other tools are used to inform decisions and growth strategies
Travel - There maybe around 10% travel for tradeshows and events.
About you
- A minimum of 2 years in a B2B marketing role.
- Experience and comfortable running events and tradeshows.
- Proven experience driving MQL's and increasing brand awareness.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to communicate in an effective manner.
- Creative and ready to try new things to reach the metrics and outcomes.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to keep track of metrics.
- Ability to work autonomously and a self-starter.
- High ambition, energy and can-do attitude.
- Budget and Cost management.
- Experience in a tech start up is highly regarded.
- Experience and comfortable in using digital marketing tools such Google analytics, Marketing automation, etc. will be highly regarded
- Have an eye for design. You know what looks visually appealing, and can guide a designer to produce imagery that is on brand, builds confidence, and sells.
- Demonstrated ability to work with cross-functional teams, including freelancers and agencies.
