Duties and Responsibilities
Go To Market:
- Evaluating and developing our marketing strategy and marketing plan.
- Planning, directing, and coordinating marketing efforts.
- Communicating the marketing plan.
- Work closely with Sales and Product Marketing teams to communicate product and services that drive a competitive advantage and a correct implementation of the strategy in each channel.
- Plan, monitor and control the budget process of the Marketing Department.
Set the vision:
- Design and implement multi-channel marketing strategies that leverage key brand differentiators to inspire action and brand passion and amplify these strategies across all channels.
- Lead and oversee the PR, communications, and merchandising strategy in collaboration with its content and social media teams, external agencies, and industry press to increase brand and product awareness.
- Lead research, to understand the brand, consumer, segmentation, and sentiment to better inform future products.
- Proactively challenge the status quo and offer alternative options and scenarios to increase the value creation potential of the business.
People & Organization:
- Lead and coordinate the members of the department. Establish the annual objectives for each member.
- Coach, motivate and coordinate the necessary actions with the aim of obtaining in the short and medium term the motivation and involvement of the human team to obtain goals and objectives.
Experience required:
- BSc or MSc degree in Marketing or relevant field.
- 5 to 7 years of experience in similar tasks.
- Experience in leading your teams’ day-to-day duties and responsibilities, as well as project managing larger ad hoc projects.
- You’ll have excellent presentation, written, and verbal communication skills, with an eye for quality and attention to detail.
- Knowledge and skills in social networks - LinkedIn, YouTube, Twitter and Facebook.
- Knowledge of SEO, SEM, Google Ads and Google Analytics.
- You’ll have experience initiating and driving a range of GTM programs including, webinars, trade shows, social media, content marketing etc.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Excellent relationship-building and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently as well as in a team environment.
