She wear is an innovative, growing Brisbane based footwear brand specialising in practical, functional women's footwear (work boots, work shoes and lifestyle footwear).

About the role

If you are an experienced, innovative and creative Social Media and Marketing Co-ordinator with a passion for brand building, a love for content creation, an incredible eye for detail and someone who enjoys engaging and relationship building - this is for you!

This is a varied role (you will not get bored!) where you will get your hands dirty and be involved in everything from day-to-day Social Media and content creation, to attending events and organising trade fairs.

This is a full time position. Due to the highly collaborative nature of this role, you will be located at our Northgate HQ (remote or hybrid not available).

Duties will include (but not limited to) …

• Content creation : Create clever, informational and engaging content by using on-trend creatives (photography and videography) for Social Media and EDMs.
• Social media scheduling : Full control of the planning and scheduling of content for all Social Media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok) including using original content and the repurposing of UGCs and reviews.
• Copywriting : Write excellent, attention grabbing copy and be a fantastic storyteller in our brand tone of voice.
• Community engagement : Create an excellent online customer experience by creating conversations, nurture and engage to acquire new and retain existing customers.
• Influencer and Ambassador relationships : Manage influencer and brand ambassador initiatives, and build and maintain relationships.
• Strategy : Alongside our General Manager, develop and execute our Social Media strategy and ambassador/influencer campaign in line with brand growth objectives.
• Events : Regularly attend business and networking events to assist with brand awareness, engage with our customers and potential customers, and be a brand advocate.
• Trade Fairs : Co-ordinate and arrange all aspects of showcasing our brand at trade fairs, expos and shows (eg logistics, booth set ups, travel, advertising etc).
• General marketing activities, projects and campaigns : Work closely with our Founder and General Manager on strategic brand projects.
• Corporate marketing : Assist our Corporate Partnerships Manager when required with research, tenders, proposals and events.
• Photoshoots : Co-ordinate photoshoots, models, merchandise etc.
• Continual improvement : Monitor marketing performance by data driven analysis and report back on metrics, growth and conversions and recommend ideas for improvement.
• Identify opportunities for growth, and analysis of trends and insights : Report back and work closely with our Founder and GM to facilitate and implement initiatives.
• Be a brand product specialist: Develop a profound understanding of our products and support the Customer Support team in handling customer interactions, providing backup for retail stores, and assisting the Dispatch team when needed.
• After hours Social Media : You will be rostered onto an after hours Social Media roster responding to Social Media queries outside of business hours (approx 1 week in every 6 weeks).

Skills and experience

• Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar position, preferably in fashion, product or high growth E-commerce.
• High level of expertise with Social Media platforms, with a passion for developing engaging content and innovative marketing campaigns in alignment with the brand's unique tone of voice.
• Demonstrated high level of experience with the creation of photography, videography, Adobe Creative suite and Canva.
• High level knowledge of Shopify and Klaviyo (highly regarded).
• A strategic thinker with a growth mindset, and a genuine passion and ambition to help scale a business.
• Organised and efficient with impeccable attention to detail and the ability to follow directions, brand guidelines and aesthetics.
• Highly developed communication skills and relationship building skills, with the ability to work to deadlines and set priorities.
• Be creative with a natural flair for eye catching design and clever copywriting.
• Be passionate about all things Social Media and have a very strong understanding of algorithms, and up-to-date with emerging trends.
• Highly desirable but not essential - performance marketing (paid ads), comms/PR.
