AddressThe Marketing Communications Manager will be responsible for leading the development and execution of our clients comprehensive global marketing strategy. This role includes creating annual marketing plans, driving product strategy, and overseeing Social and Influencer marketing (heavy focus on social). Working closely with the creative and digital teams, the manager will foster innovation to elevate the brand's recognition in women's fashion. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a global strategic marketing plan for consistent brand growth.
- Lead the development of annual marketing plans, setting goals and KPIs in collaboration with the Leadership Team.
- Drive innovative marketing strategies for acquisition, engagement, and brand equity.
- Ensure a clear and consistent consumer focus, storytelling, and brand voice across all marketing touchpoints.
- Foster innovative thinking and generate new approaches.
- Track and analyze competitive activity and trends
- Increase awareness and interest in the brand, exceeding growth targets.
- Deliver a consistent cross-channel marketing experience.
- Lead the Marketing Team to achieve set targets.
- Provide clear direction, goals, and strategy for effective execution of marketing plans.
- Implement best-in-practice processes in a fast-paced fashion business.
- Lead the Social and Influencer Departments, overseeing strategy, processes, KPIs, and projects.
- Nurture, build, and retain a team focused on growth hacking and brand presence.
- Collaborate with key departments for streamlined communications.
- Manage campaign projects from pre-launch to post-launch reviews.
- Design, plan, and execute effective marketing campaigns with a strong brand message.
- Lead weekly campaign meetings for ideation and execution.
- Build and sustain a positive and highly engaged social community.
- Establish a framework for consistent brand voice and values in all communications.
