Want to know more about the role?
We are seeking a creative, strategic, and dynamic Marketing & Communications Manager who will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our marketing strategies, enhancing our brand presence, and fostering effective communication both internally and externally.
Your remit includes, but is not limited to:
  • Build multi-layered marketing campaigns across all areas of the business.
  • Inspire, manage and guide a team of two marketing executives, responsible for executing our marketing strategies and initiatives.
  • Research and data analytics to optimise team and overall business brand awareness across our IT platforms.
  • Ensure team productivity and activity levels are optimised.
  • Manage existing stakeholder relationships in relation to marketing, communication and business development initiatives.
  • Identify, activate and oversee key partnership opportunities for the business and across individual teams.
  • Create opportunities to attract new business, establishing awareness of Beaumont People to prospective clients.
  • Monitor and manage our online reputation across our review platforms.
  • Oversee the management and performance of all communication and marketing channels.
  • Manage and maintain websites, product pages and associated customer journey.
What do you need to be successful?
  • Significant industry experience in marketing and communications
  • Proficiency in utilising various marketing channels and tools.
  • Experience using cloud-based technology to deliver tailored communications.
  • Strong understanding of design principals, as most is created in-house.
  • Strong website and CMS management experience.
  • Proven experience managing vendor relationships and external partnerships.
