Marketing Coordinator | 3 Or 4 Days A Week | Inner Cbd

Our client is a thriving boutique residential real estate and project marketing firm located in close proximity to the CBD, known for their tight-knit culture where they treat staff like family. They are currently looking for a proactive Marketing Coordinator (Part-Time) 3 or 4 days a Week, (school hours) to oversee the marketing functions in their office. The Position

• Provide end to end sales support to a team of busy Sales Agents
• Ideally have some graphic design experience, liaise with media outlets
• Prepare listing presentations, agency agreements, appraisals and sales contracts
• Assist with the coordination of property marketing, including advertising properties for sale online and on social media accounts
• Respond to incoming sales enquiries and prepare correspondence

The Person
  
The ideal candidate for the role of Marketing Coordinator will have a strong background in real estate sales/marketing administration. As a professional, you will pride yourself on high-quality, efficient output and set that as the standard for others to follow.

• Would suit an experienced Marketing Coordinator who is wanting to drop a a day or two a Week
• Tech savvy with proficiency in real estate software and tools and Microsoft Office
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and a customer-centric approach
• Self-motivated with the ability to work as part of a team and motivate others
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage a steady volume of work
• A responsible, mature and professional approach
• Enjoys dealing with people daily
