Salary: 60-65k per annum, plus superannuation

Key Responsibilities:
- Execute marketing strategies to promote the organisation's services and programs to members and the wider community.
- Manage the production of promotional materials, including journals, flyers, and email newsletters.
- Coordinate events, workshops, and seminars to promote the organisation's services and programs.
- Manage the organisation's social media presence and develop content for social media platforms.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a consistent brand message across all marketing efforts.
- Conduct market research and analysis to inform marketing strategies and tactics.
- Manage budgets and allocate resources effectively to maximise marketing impact.
- Develop and maintain relationships with media and other stakeholders to ensure favourable coverage and promotion of the organisation.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field or equivalent work experience
- At least 3 years of experience in a marketing coordination role, or similar.
- Experience in planning and executing events.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent project management and organisational skills.
- Knowledge of the parks and leisure sector is highly regarded but not essential.
