Celebrating our 10th year, we continue to grow and seek an experienced Marketing Coordinator to join our team.
The Role
At Purple Giraffe, we value flexibility and seek self-motivated, passionate individuals. As a Marketing Coordinator, you will:
- Client Support: Assist with new client onboarding, project management, reporting, and proposals.
- Client Relations: Work with Marketing Consultants to support clients and execute marketing actions.
- Strategy: Advise clients on branding, positioning, and communications.
- Social Media: Manage social media accounts for Purple Giraffe and clients, including content creation, scheduling, and community engagement.
- Website Maintenance: Update website content on WordPress for Purple Giraffe and clients.
- Campaigns: Support PPC campaigns and develop Google posts.
- Content Marketing: Coordinate blogs, content calendars, and newsletters.
- Events: Plan and manage events for Purple Giraffe and clients.
- Supplier Relations: Build relationships with external suppliers and stakeholders.
- Market Research: Identify industry trends and opportunities.
- Administration: Assist with meeting preparations and other administrative tasks.
Skills and Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Marketing Coordinator or at least 2 years in a marketing role.
- Strong knowledge of marketing strategies and campaign execution.
- Experience with content development and digital marketing campaigns.
- Proficiency in social media, eCommerce, marketing automation, and CRM management.
- Excellent project management, multi-tasking, and decision-making skills.
- Creative with a metrics-driven approach.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in MS Office 365.
- Exceptional copywriting and communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to work independently.
- A passion to work across multiple industries with the agility to be able to switch between them frequently.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field.
