Your Skills & Experience
- 2 years+ in a marketing role
- At least one strong skill to hang your hat on, maybe it's copywriting or graphic design or video editing or.....you tell us!
- Epic problem solving skills
- Excellent relationship building and communication skills
- Ability to prioritise and manage multiple competing priorities
- Ravenous appetite for knowledge and growth
- Basic understanding of digital marketing channels like Google, Instagram and Facebook
- Completion of formal training in marketing is nice, but not critical. If you have University, TAFE or other formal courses in marketing let us know
The Job
You'll work on all aspects of digital marketing, from client liaison and reporting to strategy planning and execution across a range of digital channels.
You'll report to a Senior Account Manager and liaise with expert marketers across our team, including Strategists, Designers, Copywriters, SEO, Data and Account Managers.
As part of the role, you will:
- Liaise with clients and building strong relationships
- Keep clients updated on WIP
- Work on digital advertising, social and SEO campaigns
- Update and editing client websites
- Assist with copywriting, editing and creative
- Work across advertising platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Google, Bing, TikTok and LinkedIn
- Analyse marketing performance and identify growth priorities
- Prepare client reports and dashboards
This role is based in Newcastle and has flexible work arrangements. Most Gorillas split their week between our Newcastle West office and working from home.
