Explore the Opportunity
We have an opportunity available for an enthusiastic self-starter to join our team. Here's a snapshot of your day-day activities: -
- Manage communications including CRM database and email marketing platforms, as well as content creation. Managing development & distribution of marketing material to stakeholders.
- Be responsible for facilitating programs for the Butcher’s channel nationally. Supporting Category Managers to deliver the projects to market, foster positive working relationships with wider industry contacts including supply chain, foodservice, retail, and butcher contacts as well as agencies and consultants.
- Assist the Consumer Insights Analysts on research projects; co-ordinate workshops/webinars which share actionable insights to business partners.
- Ensure all owned assets for retail and foodservice programs are up-to-date and project the best possible image to meet marketing objectives, working with the Communications team to ensure website, social and digital channels are maintained.
- Manage all internal and external meetings, events and communications, ensuring they are well organised, well communicated and project a professional image of APL.
- Manage category marketing budget.
- Contribute to a positive team environment.
Our Wish List
To be great at this role, you will be in the early stages of your marketing career - ideally a recent graduate - and will have: -
- Exceptional organisation skills with the ability to prioritise tasks within a fast-moving environment;
- High attention to detail;
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with a diverse set of stakeholders;
- Proficiency in standard Microsoft Office 365;
- Experience in database management (MailChimp will be highly regarded) and
- A willingness to work in, and contribute to, a tight team environment.
Location and Hours
This is a full-time role based on our Canberra office with hybrid working options available to help ensure a good work / life balance.
