Ella Baché is one of the oldest family-owned skincare companies in the world and leading skincare brand in the Australian marketplace today. Ella Baché is Australia’s largest skincare franchise network, with products and services available in 150 salons and 37 David Jones counters nationwide.
Reporting to the Digital Marketing Manager, the Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for supporting the group marketing efforts for Ella Baché. This is a broad marketing and support role encompassing digital platforms, social media, advertising, CRM management, copy writing, event support, general administration and reporting.
This covers all facets of the Ella Baché business, including Brand & e-Commerce, College, Salons, David Jones and Franchising.
Key responsibilities:
- Assist with optimising the customer experience across all touch points to deliver a results driven approach based on data and insights.
- Write and generate compelling content to be leveraged across various channels with a focus on engagement and conversion.
- Prepare, execute, and monitor weekly communications schedule across all business pillars including eCommerce, Salon, College, Franchise and David Jones.
- Own and liaise with affiliates and other partners to seek promotional and growth opportunities.
- Support the Digital Marketing Manager with the overall website management across all business pillars.
- Gather and prepare weekly reports that track performance and deliver key decision-making insights and growth opportunities.
- Liaise with Salons and Business Managers to provide support when required.
- Any other ad hoc request as required by the business.
Skills and Competencies:
- Digital marketing experience within luxury beauty, fashion accessories or related industry is desirable but not essential.
- Thirst for knowledge and a desire to pass it on to our consumers and internal staff.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Excellent written and communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft packages – Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Proficient in Adobe creative suite – InDesign and Photoshop.
- Familiar with Google Analytics and GA4.
