We are currently seeking a Marketing Coordinator to join our team and contribute to our mission, to exceed our customers’ expectations in quality, service and innovation through continuous improvement and customer interaction.

Position Overview

The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for the day to implementation of the Marketing Plan. As a Marketing Coordinator, you will play a vital role in supporting the overall marketing efforts of our company. You will collaborate with various teams, including sales, customer service, accounts, and operations to develop and implement effective marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness, engage our target audience, and generate leads.

Key Responsibilities

Campaign Management:

  • Assist in the planning, execution, and tracking of marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, email, and events.
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of campaign assets and materials.

Content & asset creation, distribution, and management:

  • Work with the Marketing Contractor in the development of content for organic social media calendar, email marketing calendar, case studies, and website content.
  • Implement minor website updates, including updating product information/imagery, posting of case studies/blogs, etc.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing Contractor & external graphic designer to create required assets for marketing campaigns.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing Contractor & external videographer/photographer (where required) to help in the execution of photography/videography for marketing campaigns. 
  • Undertake own in-house video/photo shoots for use in social media in collaboration with Marketing Contractor.
  • Ensure the Digital Asset Management (DAM) system is kept up to date with the upload of new imagery and marking of imagery no longer in use.

Email Marketing

  • Set up emails in Zoho Campaigns as directed and despatch to the correct audience segment.
  • Liaise with the sales team to collate content for sales emails, including the creation of vidyards where required.
  • Work with the sales/internal sales teams to maintain the email marketing system audience segments / lists, templates & designs.

Social Media Management

  • Schedule organic social media posts via Zoho.
  • Monitor social media platforms, respond to comments and inquiries, and analyse social media metrics to identify trends and opportunities.

Event Coordination

  • Assist in planning and coordinating company events, trade shows, and conferences.
  • Coordinate logistics, including vendor management, booth setup, and promotional material preparation.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to maximise event ROI and generate leads.

Marketing collateral & Merchandise

  • Develop and maintain stock of marketing merchandise, printed collateral, and branded materials in line with the company strategy.

Internal Communications

  • Develop & deliver internal communications to promote key company initiatives such as the theme for the quarter, staff engagement, Growth By Sharing (GBS) and others to support key company and HR initiatives. This involves video & graphic creation & communications.

Administration support

  • Undertake other duties as required of the role as directed, to support the business and implementation of the marketing plan.

Relevant Experience

  • Minimum 2 years marketing experience, ideally in building products or manufacturing.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools, social media platforms, and web analytics. 
  • Experience in Zoho Social, Zoho Campaigns, Zoho CRM or similar.
  • Knowledge of SEO and Wordpress content management systems.
  • Experience working with a digital asset management system.
  • Experience with graphic design software Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.

Qualifications 

  • Tertiary qualification in marketing, Communications, or a or demonstrated experience in this domain.
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office Skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
  • Experienced with the use of CRM systems.
  • Functional and Practical understanding of the Building Industry
